Publix Passport

Publix Passport also called Publix PASSport, is the internal employee portal for Publix Super Markets. It’s where associates can:

  • View their work schedules
  • Check pay stubs and tax forms
  • Manage benefits
  • Request time off
  • Access HR resources, company news, etc.

How to Log In to Publix Passport

Publix Passport login
  1. Go to the Website
    • Open your browser and go to www.publix.org.
    • Look for the “PASSport” or “Associate Login” link.
  2. Enter Credentials
    • Use your Publix User ID or your Publix email (often something like username@publix.com).
    • Then enter your password.
  3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
    • After entering your login info, you’ll often have to verify via a second factor (Publix uses Microsoft Authenticator).
    • Some employees set up phone sign-in using Authenticator instead of just a password.
  4. Access Your Dashboard
    • Once logged in, you’ll land on the dashboard where you can navigate to Schedule, Pay Stubs, Benefits, and other sections.
  5. Log Out When Done
    • For security, always log out, especially if using a public or shared device.

Using the Mobile App (“Publix Pro”)

  • There’s a Publix Pro (Passport) mobile app.
  • Download it from the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play / APK (Android).
  • Log in with the same credentials (User ID/email + password) and complete 2FA there too.

If You Can’t Log In / Reset Password

  • Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.

  • Some employees have reported issues with 2FA or account lockouts.
